If yes, Lakemary is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for our Children's Service The primary function of this position is to ensure that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met per our licensing entities.
This role functions under dual general supervision of the Director of Quality Initiatives.
Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsibilities:
Clerical Support:
Provide clerical support to Director of Quality Initiatives.
Develop internal controls and polices designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
Collaborate with management team to make sure the entire Children's Department is aware of the compliance requirements and issues.
Work closely with department managers to review all Children's department polices to compliance issues.
Copying, faxing, scanning, laminating and binding as requested Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Maintain records of each state regulations for each state we serve.
Maintain visitation and or correspondence list for auditors Maintain data on QA audits for quarterly/annual analysis requirements Ability to maintain and enforce confidentiality of sensitive information.
Q/A Data Collection & Maintain backup:
Provide consultation concerning data collection and analysis.
Interprets correlation and other measures to assess the significant differences, trends or relationships that exist among data.
Helps identify barriers and opportunities for program improvement.
Works with staff development to organize and implement educational programs to maintain staff knowledge of the Quality Assurance program and processes.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual and as requested reports on data and associated trends in core and critical areas of performance.
An ideal candidate for this position has:

Ability to:
Write clear and concise reports using correct grammar and punctuation.
Operate personal computers, email, windows based software and telephones.
Read, write, and understand and relay simple instructions.
Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a fast-paced environment, usually under strict time pressures, and usually with a high volume of phone calls and two-way radio traffic.
Quality Assurance Specialist:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Related experience in residential behavioral health/ quality assurance and or auditing is preferred.
Be at least 18

Weekdays Monday through Friday 8am to 4:
30pm Starting pay:
$ 16.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
